Get To Know Us

Surrendered Ministries is a 501c3 organization that works with communities and correctional facilities. Our mission extends beyond the prison walls, offering spiritual guidance and vital information to direct individuals towards help, both within and outside of incarceration. We are dedicated to inspire and empower individuals by giving them the tools they need to succeed in this life and preparing them for the next life. Working with correctional facilities to rehabilitate men and women, we offer faith-based guidance through Celebrate Recovery and other discipleship programs. By creating meaningful relationships with individuals, their families, and other ministries to establish a safe haven for those leaving incarceration and to those that have already left. We believe in giving everyone the tools they need to succeed in life through the power of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Our Vision & Goal

Our vision is to build meaningful relationships with the community, correctional facilities, correction officers, wardens, and inmates. Through these connections, we aim to implement comprehensive study curriculum called Celebrate Recovery 12- step class.

Our goal is to inspire and intrigue individuals to explore how to be delivered from their hurts, hang-ups, and habits through the power of Jesus Christ and profound teachings of Gods Word.

Our Belief

  • We believe in the Holy Trinity. God the Father, Jesus (His Son), and the Holy Spirit are three in one.

  • We believe that Jesus Christ was born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died on the cross to atone humanity’s sin, was resurrected and ascended into Heaven.

  • We believe that the Old and New Testaments, are inspired word of God and the ultimate authority of faith and practice.

  • We believe that we are saved by grace and grace alone, that we receive salvation upon confession of our sins with conversion upon repentance.

  • We believe that water baptism does not save you, but is a profession of faith.

  • We believe God answers prayers. Before we make decisions or move forward, we pray about everything we do. We walk by faith and are led by the Holy Spirit.

  • We give all glory to God for everything he has done, everything he is doing, and everything he is about to do.

What Does A Surrendered
Life Look Like?

James 4:7 says “Submit yourselves, then,

to God. Resist the devil, and

he will flee from you.

It’s relinquishing control, rights, power, direction, all the things. you do and say. It’s totally reassigning your life over to His hands, to do with you as He pleases. Jesus Himself lived a Surrendered Life: “I come down from Heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of Him that sent me.” (John 6:38) The call to surrender/submit, to Jesus is step one in our sanctification. To do this is to voluntarily put yourself under Jesus for His leading in your life. It is a step of humility, to admit that I cannot save myself, or change myself, into the person Jesus wants me to be without Him.

Surrendering helps us let go of expectations so that when things don’t go as planned or expected there is no disappointment; instead there is hope in knowing that everything happens for a reason and has its own timing.

I surrender to you Jesus my whole self, my heart, my mind, my memory, my imagination, my will, my emotions, my passion, my body, my sexuality, my desire for human approval.

Surrendering your life to Jesus Christ of Nazareth is a Life Insurance Policy. Deny yourself daily, pick up your cross, and follow Jesus.

The Backdrop

(2025). We've helped lead many people to the Lord. There were well over 10 salvations inside the jails and prison. Two graduations in the ATeF with 52 graduates. One graduation on the outside with 9 graduates. We helped start another 12-step class at Refuge. We had three events: We partnered with family first bail bonds and did a back to school bash where we handed out over 300 backpacks to the kids. Our partnership with bridge tenders helped several individuals get into rehab that we ministered in the jails/prison. Because of this we were able to deliver 600 blessing bags with six different snacks to the residents in the ATeF. Many testimonies were we shared along with our personal stories of what God has done for us and this ministry.
